Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina (Sept. 1982). Joe started developing his musical interests at the age of 14, when he bought his first electronic guitar and formed a punk rock band. Electronic music appeared ilater in his life, when a friend played him a couple of House records and teach him how to mix them. Later on, he was invited by DJ Nico B to play at Jah Bar. His career as a DJ was just beggining.
